What's your typical turnaround time for orders?

A typical turnaround time ranges from 2 - 4 weeks, though sometimes it can be sooner than two weeks depending on the sophistication of the jewellery you order from us.

My ring is set the full-way with diamonds/stones, can I resize this?

No, rings that are set the full-way wit diamonds/stones cannot be adjusted in size at all, this is due to no plain metal space available on the ring to work with.
If future resizes is a cause for concern when purchasing a ring, we recommend going for 50% or 75% set diamonds.
